Mr. Naveen Velagapalli
Naveen, the founder of Shraddha Children’s Academy, plays an active and hands-on role in shaping the school’s day-to-day functioning. His leadership is grounded in the belief that consistent, thoughtful execution at the operational level is key to delivering meaningful education.
He works closely with the academic and administrative teams to ensure that classroom practices remain engaging, structured, and student-centric. From refining teaching methodologies to monitoring learning outcomes, Naveen is deeply involved in driving continuous improvement. He regularly reviews academic plans, supports teacher development, and encourages the use of innovative tools that enhance both teaching and learning experiences.
Beyond academics, he focuses on building efficient systems across the school—streamlining processes, improving communication with parents, and ensuring that infrastructure and resources effectively support student needs.
